The optical SAT IF transmitter is designed for the efficient and reliable conversion of satellite intermediate frequency (SAT IF) signals into an optical signal. It converts electrical SAT IF signals within a frequency range of 47 to 2200 MHz into an optical signal at a wavelength of 1550 nm, enabling transmission with minimal loss over long distances. With an optical output power of 10 dBm, transmission distances of up to 50 km can be achieved, making the device ideal for central headends, large distribution networks, and professional broadcast infrastructures. The optical interface is provided via an SC/APC connector to ensure stable, low‑reflection signal transmission. The transmitter is housed in a robust 19‑inch rack‑mount enclosure with a height of 1 RU, allowing easy integration into standard rack systems for professional installations.
