In October 2023, we will participate in two trade fairs: In Münster at the E-TECH of the company H.Gautzsch and in Wels in Austria at the autumn conference of the GAK. You can find an overview of the new products we will be presenting here.

  1. DVB-C/T/IPTV headends in hybrid technology

    The headends initially offer DVB-C or DVB-T signals at the output as usual. However, due to the hybrid technology, these can be switched to IPTV with the software extension MKS 1-03I (no parallel operation possible).

  2. HDMI encoder/modulator in hybrid technology

    The HKM 40-02H is an HDMI encoder/modulator in hybrid technology. The new modulator initially offers DVB-C or DVB-T signals at the output as usual. However, due to the hybrid technology, these can be extended to include IPTV with the software extension HKS 1-00H.
    This gives you planning security for the future. Should you upgrade your building to IPTV in the future, you can use the HKM 40-02H to stream hotel videos or info channels in parallel in IPTV. This allows, for example, a smooth transition floor by floor.

    When television is distributed only via the Internet, the signal often has to be converted to DVB-C or DVB-T. With the new headends, you convert programmes from 512 SPTS/MPTS to 24 or 48 output channels and achieve a high channel density per RU.

    With the MIP-N series, AXING launches a range of price-efficient IPTV streamers. These have only one power supply unit (no redundancy) and only three CI slots.

  5. IP Radio Streamer

    The AIP 8-00 is an IP radio streamer for feeding analogue FM stereo signals, digital audio broadcast signals (DAB/DAB+) and Internet radio into IPTV/IP radio networks. The unit has eight independent input tuners. Each tuner can receive an FM or a DAB (+) station. In addition, Internet radio can be received; for this, the AIP 8-00 must be permanently connected to the Internet. The FM, DAB/DAB+ and Internet radio programmes are then converted into eight Single Program Transport Streams (SPTS) and can be distributed via Ethernet using suitable switches. Individual channel logos can be added for the programmes output.
