Future-proofed terrestrial all-round amplifier

AXING has launched the TVS 5-03 multi-range amplifier. Its three reception ranges are optimised for FM/UKW, DAB/DAB+ and DVB-T/DVB-T2. Each range can be adjusted separately so that the optimum output level can be set even for different reception directions/conditions – naturally in combination with the best possible alignment of the antenna(s).

Each reception area is filtered to a high standard in order to minimise interference from the air into the distribution system. A highly selective mobile radio blocking filter is installed especially for the television path (DVB-T/T2), which is directly connected to possible mobile radio frequencies above 694 MHz. This also protects against interference from future generations of mobile phones. The filter fulfils RED ETSI EN 303354 V1.1.1 for category D1 devices. As there are no plans to cede further television or radio frequencies to mobile radio, the device is future-proof for many years to come, regardless of the different mobile radio standards up to 6G and possible successor standards.
