Furthermore, we consequently use only recycable and single-material packaging. This helps to reduce the CO2 emissions.<\/p>\n<h2>REACH Regulation No.1907 \/ 2006<\/h2>\n<p>We survey and monitor our suppliers and the articles used in our products for the presence of critical substances (SVHC) according to the REACh Regulation (EC) No. 1907\/2006. Based on these measures, we confirm that, with the exception of lead, none of the 251 substances listed on the ECHA Candidate List<a href=\"http:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/web\/guest\/candidate-list-table\"> echa.europa.eu\/web\/guest\/candidate-list-table<\/a> (as of 2025-11-05) is present in the sub-articles of our products with more than 0.1% by mass.<br \/>\nFew AXING products still contain sub-products with lead (Lead, Pb, CAS No. 7439-92-1) as an alloying addition with more than 0.1% by mass. These products available from AXING are listed in the table below. The sub-products in these products with contained lead comply with the following permissible exemptions according to Annex III 6c of the RoHS Directive.<\/p>\n<h2>Statement on the RoHS Directive 2011\/65\/EU<\/h2>\n<p>All AXING products affected by RoHS are compliant with the RoHS Directive 2011\/65\/EU amended by the Delegated Directive 2015\/863\/EU. The conformity to the RoHS Directive is a part of the present EU Declaration of Conformity and the required prerequisite for the CE marking on AXING products.<br \/>\nOf the banned 10 substances listed in the RoHS Directive, only lead (Pb) with a mass fraction of more than 0.1% in homogeneous individual materials (substances) is still contained in a few AXING products. These products and substances fall under the currently permitted exemptions according to Annex III of the RoHS Directive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annex III 6c (lead in copper alloys with a maximum content of
